- King County Solid Waste Management – Provided construction management consulting for closed landfill projects in Cedar Falls, Duvall, Hobart, Puyallup, Houghton, Enumclaw, and Vashon. Services included inspections, daily reporting, compliance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Sound Transit Light Rail (E130 East Link Extension, Seattle–Bellevue) – Served as senior construction inspectors, overseeing concrete and grout testing, rebar placement, plinth alignment, rail geometry, and full QA/QC documentation.
- City of Seattle Utilities – Managed project controls and inspections for water, sanitary sewer, drainage, and storm system improvements, including lifecycle documentation, QA/QC oversight, and project closeout certifications.
